Project Details
While this was a smaller project to begin the mobilization phase of the Build New Plan, I spearheaded the document creation for how we were going to start the Build New Project beginning in 2023.
Part of this was interpretting and understanding external vendor requests, and beginning the breakdown of User Personas, and beginning UX research.
